United Kingdom

Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery — £8.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Complimentary Standard Delivery is available on UK orders over £100.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

During launches, promotional periods or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

ELISSÈN is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Shipping

Where international delivery is available at checkout, applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before payment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it may have been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@elissen.co.uk with your order number.

We will assist you in investigating the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.
